		<description>Waaaaay back in 2001, I was having trouble with an on online order. My card had been charged, I hadn't received it, and was getting no response to my emails. The company didn't list a phone number on the site. I used whois to acquire a phone number. It turned out to be the cell phone of the company's CEO! He was freaked. I didn't tell him how I'd gotten his number, of course. 
My order was at my door the next morning, sent overnight.</description>
