Actually, I don&#039;t think Kucinich&#039;s FA rights come into play here.  Sad as that might be, he can still say anything he&#039;d like;  other people aren&#039;t necessarily obligated to listen or carry your message.  On the other hand, NBC got a sweatheart deal on those airwaves because they [purportedly] operate in the public&#039;s interest...</description>

If you go to Dallas, Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City you will see what I mean. Salt Lake City&#039;s case is phenomenal. You make some very good points in your debate.
