Now this is a pretty sweet little experiment. Super-cooled water (below the freezing point but still liquid). It’s not quite stable, so once it leaves the bottle…instant slushie.
That’s pretty nifty. I looked it up. Seems it’s done by cooling really pure water really fast.
Weird that it didn’t hurt his skin, tho.
