		<description>It's my understanding that, in most states, a person must have a photo ID on them at all times. I may be wrong, but that's what I've always been told. 

I registered to vote when I got my driver's license, so naturally I had to show several forms of identification. Do people not have to show ID to &lt;i&gt;register&lt;/i&gt; to vote? If you've got to have one just to register, arguing over showing it at the polls is useless.</description>
